BIO
Jenna Wise has been a public safety reporter at PennLive and The Patriot-News in central Pennsylvania since March 2020. Before that, she was a digital news intern at NJ.com. A graduate of Shippensburg University's accredited communication/journalism program, Wise has extensive experience in writing, reporting and editing through The Slate — SU's student-run newspaper — where she served as editor-in-chief, among other roles. She also gained experience as a breaking news and features reporter while interning at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. She enjoys reading, true crime podcasts and spending time with family, including her three cats: Piper, Arthur and Cinnabon.
